Join Houston Elementary on Wednesday as it presents Blues music performed by Michael Dyson, also known as “Mr. Blue Shoes.”

Dyson, co-founder of the non-profit Blue Shoe Project, will perform for students promptly at 8:30 a.m. and at 9:30 a.m. and the public is invited to attend.

Each of the hour-long performances, presented in conjunction with Black History Month, will include an interactive live music presentation that combines Blues music education, storytelling, song, dance and rhythm instruction.
