Keisha Henry, a supervisor for the Bealls department store in Mineral Wells, was recently honored with the company’s Associate of the District award for 2011.
Henry has worked for Bealls since July 2007, and became a supervisor in 2009. During her employment she was received several awards including Associate of the Quarter in 2008 and again in 2011, as well as representing the store as its Associate of the Year in 2011.
Local store management could not recall an employee receiving the Associate of the District award.
“We are extremely proud that Keisha is part of our family,” said Bealls District Manager Carolyn Moore. “She is loyal to the Bealls company and her work ethics are invaluable. Keisha goes out of her way every day to make a difference. We are really blessed to have her.”
Likewise, Henry said she enjoys working for Bealls and on advancing.
“It’s an honor to have this award out of 15 stores in the district,” Henry said. “To have my district manager select me is an honor. I hope to work my way up in the company eventually. I love working for Bealls.”
