Retired Army Col. Willie Casper, second from left, is presented with a copy of Historic Mineral Wells’ 2013 calendar featuring photographs and historical information about Camp Wolters and Fort Wolters. Presenting the calendar are association members, from left, Shirley Riley, Sandra Crawford and Brian Bennett. The calendar is currently for sale at several locations in Mineral Wells and will be sold at the Crazy Water Festival. Casper provided most of the photographs and information for the calendar. Other photographs came from the A.F. Weaver collection.
